25 oct - notes.

Was at the habitat Centre today, with Natasha and her Mother. It's so good to be looking at art in some place that isn't a white cube!
Islam had to be theme of the day. The photographs I saw, the conversations we had, coming back and trying to watch Four Lions... And a culture in which Urdu is not limited to Muslims? That is alien to me.
P.S. - I think I saw Pablo Bartholomew intently viewing the digital exhibition (which sadly was just a Samsung HDTV connected to a macbook pro, lying there for anyone to watch). I didn't bother to go up and say anything (I wouldn't have known what to say either). Later, Poonam aunty tells me about how she went to his wedding (with Natasha in tummy) and how his then-wife was a relative.
